How We Use Your Information

Emergency Call Routing

We use your contact information and team data solely to route emergency calls according to your escalation preferences.

Service Communication

Data Security

Period. We don't sell, rent, or trade customer information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Providers

Legal Requirements

  • Call logs: Kept for 1 year for service quality and billing purposes
  • Call recordings: Automatically deleted after 90 days
  • Account information: Kept while your account is active, deleted 30 days after cancellation
  • Billing records: Kept for 7 years as required by law

You can view and download your call logs and account information anytime from your dashboard.

Update your account information, team members, or escalation preferences anytime through your dashboard.

Delete Your Data

Cancel your account anytime and we'll delete your information within 30 days (except what we're legally required to keep).
